 Available for rent is a large (550 sq ft) bedroom with private attached bathroom and giant walk-in closet, in a large shared community home. Comes furnished with a luxury bed, desk, office chair, and nightstands and dresser. Has a large bay window (super comfy for reading!)  that looks out over the South Maui ocean and 365 days per year sunsets, along with the neighbors horses. Full bicoastal, year-round ocean sunsets on the balcony. Pukalani in general has fantastic weather (Pukalani means “hole in the sky” because for reasons I would love to get *way* too into, its often blue skies here when cloudy nearly everywhere else). We have the nicest weather on the island, being just on the dry side of the shear line, every night we have the cleanest air in the world (literally) pouring down the hill and right through our house.

We proportionately split electricity only according to how much you actually used, but all other utilities are included (within reason). Super fast, gigabit internet on Wifi6 MiMO 4×4 enterprise network (that means its good).

Comes with off-street parking and laundry on site.

 We really enjoy company here and are quite social, generally, but we are definitely not a party house and we do have to keep noise levels quite within reason. Please note that we have a strict no-drugs, no-smoking, no-vaping policy permitted anywhere on the property, and we are *very* light on alcohol at home, it could turn to an alcohol-free home any time if things become a problem. While we love pets, we cannot have them in this part of the house, other rooms may be pet friendly.
