Rooms:

All rooms can be shared with someone else for additional $400/month, and the Panda and Koala spaces, under extremely limited circumstances, are dog-friendly with additional one month pet deposit and small additional monthly pet surcharge, laid out by weight, at https://theorangutan.house/pets

Hedgehog room: $1500/month

The smallest room at 215 sq ft. Gets a lot of natural light, direct sunlight about an hour after sunrise until early afternoon, unless you leave your door then it is all day.

.

Bison/Buffalo room: $2500/month

The largest set of rooms at 1785 sq ft (you read that right), not including the private bicoastal oceanview balcony. Has interior bedroom, bay windows, windows on three sides, a bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower room, and three sinks. Comes with a California King bed, a large couch, and two desks and office chairs. It gets an unbelievable amount of natural light, direct sunlight starting about an hour after sunrise until sunset.

You wouldn’t feel cramped living with a partner in this room, or a family of 30 (jk!).

Armadillo Room: $1600/month

550 sq feet, has a nice bay window with electrical outlet to do work on, which directly overlooks the neighbors horses and gets full oceanview sunsets. Lots of natural light, direct sunlight starting about an hour after sunrise until sunset.

Badger Room: $1600/month

533 sq ft. Has a nicer bathroom than most of the rest of the rooms. Gets direct light early morning sun until about 2 hours before sunset

(media coming)

Otter Room: $2200/month

527 sq ft. Probably the quietest room in the house.

Platypus Full One bedroom apartment: $2200/month

Like a platypus, this space can be a lot of different things. 1760 sq ft including balcony overlooking the ocean and sunset, and our neighbors. (This is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on your preferences, they have horses, pigs, and a lot of junked cars. Stunning sunsets though!)

This room is cheaper because the area attached to it is somewhat “common area”, or more expensive because taking the common area impacts the house to some degree.

Panda Unit rooms, Gibbon and Pangolin: $1700/month for each of the bedrooms, $3200/month for the entire suite.

2425 sq ft total, private living room. These rooms share a bathroom, are essentially their own apartment, but still have full access to the community spaces.

Large bright living/dining area with north- and east-facing windows running along each wall.  Bedrooms each have a north-facing window.

Koala Unit rooms, Kookaburra and Cockatoo: $1600/month for one room, $1700 for the other bedroom, $3200/month for the entire suite.

2200 sq ft total (but lots more light than Panda), private living room. These rooms share a bathroom, are essentially their own apartment, but still have full access to the community spaces. Huge sunny living/dining area with south- and east-facing windows running along each wall.
